You've been a TA, LSA or Teacher and there's been one student in your class that needs more support than others.

Sound familiar?

As a teacher, you've got to think about the class and dividing your time between 30.

As a TA or LSA, you need to focus on several students that need your support.

As an Education Specialist with Fresh Start, you can engage
one young person with their education.

Sounds good doesn't it...

What does a typical day look like?

  • Support young people who cannot access education we work with them outside of the school environment
  • Flexible working hours sessions can be 35 hours with a young person (Monday to Friday)
  • Work with children who have SEND & SEMH needs
  • Inspire the hope for a better future

What are the benefits?

What are we looking for?

  • 2years minimum experience in SEN/education
  • Experience delivering a primary/secondary/functional skills curriculum is adventagous
  • Commitment and understanding of Safeguarding
  • Experience in engaging young people with often complex & challenging behaviours
