  • Working within the Renewals team with the aim of maximising client retention/ renewals, and spotting new opportunities to maximise sales/ new business.
  • Responsible for delivering great customer service and administering insurance policies.
  • Responsible for hitting and exceeding realistic targets.
  • Strong customer service skills, communicating clearly and building relationships.
  • Working in a fast paced and target driven environment.

About you


As one of our Insurance Consultants, you'll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional.

There will be the requirement to work every other Saturday
- but only half a day, and you'll get this time back during the week.

You will also be able to earn a commission bonus (on realistic achievable targets) which is uncapped You will be or have:

  • Great customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Excellent telephone manner (inbound/ outbound)
  • Drive and genuine passion to learn and develop within Insurance
  • Worked in a similar role previously (telephone and face2face experience)
  • Good attention to detail and can multitask, updating relevant systems and admin
  • Insurance background
  • Personal Lines such as Home or Motor (ideally)
