Leasing Agent - Build to Rent - Waterloo

Are you eager to dive into the dynamic world of property leasing and make an impact from day one? Look no further - we're searching for a motivated Leasing Agent to join a great team and assist in the leasing and operations across two Build to Rent schemes in Central London.

Your sharp eye for market trends and competitor analysis will keep us ahead of the curve as you monitor and adapt leasing strategies accordingly.

You'll also take the lead on our online marketing efforts, ensuring listings stand out with compelling content and visuals that attract potential renters.

Compliance with regulations and company policies will be a top priority for you, as you handle everything from lease agreements to documentation and ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines.

But it's not just about the paperwork - you'll also be instrumental in fostering a positive community atmosphere, whether by organising resident events or providing exceptional customer service to both current and prospective residents.
