Our client is a leading interior fit-out contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland.

They carry out a range of fit-out projects across various sectors including commercial, hotels, luxury residential and specialist joinery projects.

The business is thriving and are winning new projects regularly. The Site Manager will be responsible for the organisation and supervision of directly employed operatives and sub-contractors on site.

The Site Manager must have the ability to achieve the necessary production outputs with due regard for quality finishes and health and safety issues.

Site Construction programmes - ensuring timelines/targets are adhered too
Monitor site operatives' performance
Planning to ensure resource is available for the workload
Assisting with planning

Experience working on high end fit out projects
Detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations
Ideally candidates will have a joinery background and site supervisory experience on high quality interior fit out projects
CSCS Card holder
