Role responsibilities:


Research, develop, back-test, and implement short and long-term quantitative trading signals applied to the crypto (we are interested in expertise in all HFT, MFT, and LFT).

nConstruct robust portfolio based on multiple signalsnIdentify new trading opportunities by using statistical methods and analyzing large data setnContribute to improving a state-of-the-art quantitative pipeline that allows for fast strategy test iteration and insight generationnOrganize and present models and results to the team

Job Qualifications:
4-12 years' experience in a Quants rolenExtremely passionate about trading and marketsnExperience or strong interest in crypto marketsnAdvanced degree (PhD or MSc) from a top-tier university in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, or PhysicsnStrong experience developing statistical models in a trading environmentnDeep understanding of optimization theorynExcellent programming skills in Python and understanding of Git
