The role's key responsibilities are:
- Provide a 'right first time' level of service which ensures customer needs and expectations are met.
- Take full ownership and accountability for customer queries.
- Identify and escalate any process issues and offering suggestions/ideas for suitable resolutions.
- Ensure that all customer data and information is handled with the highest degree of professionalism, safety and confidentiality.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
What we need from you:
Essential Skills
Previous experience of working within a customer service environment is a must.
You will also have experience of working within a fast-paced environment, the ability to problem solves, be able to handle multiply tasks and use independent judgement.
You must also have a strong knowledge of using Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.Desirable Skills
Level 2 in English & Maths.
