Role

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Delivery:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and implement holistic digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Campaign delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital marketing campaigns across web, ECRM, marketplaces and paid.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand business objectives and design tailored digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with the account managers to create detailed campaign plans, timelines and budgets.

Performance Optimisation:

  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and industry best practices to ensure digital strategies are improving online presence and driving ROI.
  • Data-driven optimisation: Implement data-driven improvements to campaigns for continual optimisation.
  • SEO & Content Optimisation: Collaborate with our content and SEO teams to ensure websites are optimised for search engines, driving organic traffic and improving conversion rates. Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and propose content improvements.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and ecommerce platforms. Prepare detailed performance reports, derive actionable insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Insight and analysis:

  • Insight generation: Provide valuable insights and direction for optimising the digital experiences using digital tools.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of competitors' digital strategies to benchmark our performance and identify areas where we can gain a competitive advantage.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, ecommerce, and technology. Suggest and implement new tools, techniques, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge for our clients

Client relationship management:

  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all things related to digital marketing and ecommerce.
  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and future recommendations effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling additional digital services.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Spearhead innovative digital marketing solutions that keep krow at the cutting edge of the industry.
  • Drive the exploration and adoption of new digital tools and platforms.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy and delivery within a client or agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success in strategising and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as Brandwatch, Looker, SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other relevant platforms.
  • Good understanding of SEO best practices and experience with content optimisation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong project management and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
