Currently, amidst our dedication to delivering exceptional service, we seek a skilled AV engineer to join a prestigious client site, offering technical support across various meeting rooms. This role involves interfacing with top-level management, including managing directors of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist AV projects manager with related projects or installations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting multimedia infrastructures
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and deploy Cisco codecs and TMS templates
  • Offer infrastructure support for global events
  • Provide AV engineering support, roadmap planning, and infrastructure design
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours emergency support
  • Proactively identify faults and enhance multimedia capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with Network and project teams
  • Recommend tactical and strategic solutions for video networking and collaboration capabilities

Skills and experience:

  • Experience with Cisco AV technologies and other relevant tools
  • Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Endpoints
  • Competent in supporting global, high-profile events
  • Strong knowledge of IP
  • Possess industry standard certifications
  • Capable of overseeing the administration of multimedia infrastructure and implementing improvements based on network behaviors
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
