Your duties will include:

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage weekend operations in a fastpaced environment
  • Assist the manager in daily tasks and decisionmaking
  • Coordinate and supervise staff members during weekend shifts
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Till operation:

  • Scanning & weighing relevant products
  • Checking customers' ages for restrictions on items like alcohol
  • Taking payments and processing coupons / vouchers
Weekend Supervisor

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred
  • Knowledge of catering, coffee
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with composure


Join our team as a Weekend Supervisor As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during the weekends.

If you have previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and possess excellent organisational and leadership skills, we want to hear from you.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Salary:
£11.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week
