Interim Head of Integrated Commissioning

Social Work First is currently looking for a skilled professional to join their team in South London as an Interim Head of Integrated Commissioning. This role offers a daily rate of £500 (inside IR35).
Reporting to the Associate Director of Integrated Commissioning & System Development (Adults) or Integrated Commissioning Director (Children's), the successful candidate will oversee up to 4 directly managed staff and up to 10 indirectly managed consultancy/contracting staff.Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the development and implementation of an integrated commissioning approach for adults/children within the Council and the NHS
- Supporting senior leaders and staff through partnership, co-production, and the design of an integrated commissioning framework
- Collaborating with the market and residents to implement transformational change
- Overseeing the delivery of commissioning approaches focusing on personalization and whole person pathways
The selected candidate will be responsible for effectively managing budgets for commissioning health, care, and joint services, as well as supervising key staff employed by the NHS or the Council.
This role offers a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
