Crowborough Beacon Golf Club, one of England's premier golf clubs, is seeking a
Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in our kitchen. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the culinary industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking tasks
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen tools
• Empty trash bins and maintain proper waste disposal procedures
• Stock and organize inventory in the kitchen
• Help with receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Skills:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or culinary setting is preferred but not required
