What is required for success:

As Hospitality Assistants, you will support our care teams in providing outstanding hospitality services, assisting the Head Chef, Reception Teams, Housekeeping, and Lifestyles Team.

This role plays a pivotal part in the lives of our residents and their families, therefore excellent people skills, along with strong organizational abilities are vital. If you have previous experience in the hospitality sector and a passion for caring, this role is tailored for you.

Key responsibilities as a Hospitality Assistant:

  • Assisting with meal service in resident rooms or dining areas.
  • Regularly refilling water/drink jugs in resident rooms.
  • Setting up and clearing tables during meal times.
  • Monitoring temperature records of fridges and service stations.
  • Ensuring the Bistro is well-stocked and presented professionally.
  • Attending to residents' non-care-related needs.
