An opportunity has arisen due to retirement for the role of a Health Care Assistant at Sandgate Road Surgery, Folkestone. This is a part-time position of 24 hoursper week. Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will hold the CareCertificate and KaSPaC or NVQ equivalent. You will be able to demonstrateexcellent communication and computer skills along with the ability tomulti-task and to work both independently and within a team. Experience of workingin general practice is essential and you should be able to offer a range ofdiagnostic and therapeutic services including phlebotomy, ECGs, 24 hour BPmonitors, Dressings, injections, Diabetic Health Checks, NHS health checks& assisting with minor surgery.
