A bit about the role
:


Being accountable to the Head of Business Change, the post holder will help embed the change management toolkits, frameworks and regime across the portfolio of business change projects.


They will also be responsible for driving and promoting the adoption of robust change management techniques across the entirety of the Agency's change portfolio.

The portfolio of change is complex, requiring significant change support to ensure people impacted by the change are ready, willing and able to adopt the changes.

The post holder will work across multiple programmes, coordinating and sequencing interventions that put people at the centre of change.

They will advocate and role model the value of Change Management in complex programmes with diverse stakeholders, working closely with communications professionals and project managers.

The post holder would be an experienced change professional having worked in change management Centre of Excellences, alongside experience in developing and implementing change approaches.
