Job Title: Solicitor/Legal Executive - Personal Injury

Must Haves/Non-Negotiable:

  • Law Degree (or equivalent); LPC qualification - Legal Executive qualification - 6 years PQE as a solicitor or legal executive or equivalent experience as a personal injury legal advisor within a law firm
  • Excellent IT and case management skills including Word/Outlook and Excel
  • Previous experience with case management systems
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Team:

Under the guidance of a Senior Partner, you will join a team of 29 professionals specializing in Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. The team offers a mix of in-office and remote work options, with a leaning towards office-based work for optimal learning opportunities, especially for junior roles.

Description:

As part of the leading Personal Injury Department in the region, you will handle a diverse caseload, from initial client consultations to case resolutions. The team has garnered recognition for their exceptional service and results, consistently meeting client needs with a friendly and down-to-earth approach.

The successful candidate will have the chance to play a pivotal role in the department's growth, engaging in marketing activities and contributing to business development initiatives.

This role offers a blend of office and remote work, primarily based in Lincoln with flexible work-from-home options post-probation.

Salary: 40k - 60k with bonus structure
