The school also boasts outstanding facilities in a modern well-kept stimulating environment.You will be an existing Principal or Senior Leader with substantial experience of school leadership.
You will provide strong effective leadership whilst being committed to developing a team of leaders, teachers and support staff to deliver a culture of continuousschool improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide inspirational and motivational leadership across the school that raises aspirations and drives academic performance
- Champion a culture that encourages initiative and accountability and strengthens the quality of leadership at all levels
- Deliver a rich and varied curriculum offer that meets students' needs in an everchanging world
- Develop effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders across the community to fulfil the school's goals
- Drive the school forward to becoming Outstanding
