We're Hiring General Assembly Operatives

Come join us at Adecco for an exciting opportunity to work as an Assembly Operative with a leading global company near Sudbury, specializing in healthcare diagnostics manufacturing.

  • Immediate Start
  • Duration: 6-12 month contracts available
  • Location: Sudbury, CO10
  • Pay Rate: £12 per hour (with overtime available at x1.5 up to £16.50 per hour)
  • Late Shift: 2.15 pm to M-Th, Friday

This is a fantastic opportunity for operatives with production environment experience to be part of a team driving innovation in the healthcare sector.Qualities we are seeking:

  • Prior manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
  • We are looking for motivated individuals who are target and quality-oriented
  • Previous experience in a production or assembly operative role is ideal
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships
  • Willingness to support overtime when required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard processes

Responsibilities:

  • Performing assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies
  • Assembling parts or components according to plan
  • Using specialized tools as needed
  • Conducting quality checks as specified
