Chief Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chief Engineer to join our team in overseeing the technical aspects of our Estate , castle and projects Related to the site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and possess expertise in Schematics, CAD, Root cause analysis. Someone who has experience in maintaining listed buildings/ castles, electrical, plumbing and automation experience is beneficial

Duties:

Lead the engineering team in developing innovative solutions

come up with a preventive maintenance plan for the estate

risk assessments for the estate

health & safety folder for the estate
- Design and implement engineering systems and processes
- Conduct root cause analysis for technical issues
- Utilise CAD software to create detailed designs
- Develop and maintain schematics for engineering projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Skills:

Mechanical knowledge
- Experience with CAD software for design purposes
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
- Knowledge of GD&T for accurate engineering drawings
