Our client is a leading developer and operator of retirement communities.

They are currently seeking a Community Manager to lead the operations of one of their newest villages, located near Uxbridge.

Manage the heads of department team, ensure regular meetings, and set objectives aligned with the Community Manager's objectives and the company's goals.

Work closely with the registered Care Manager in delivering the care business and night cover arrangements.

Collaborate with the sales team and executive lead to support the sales process, generate positive PR, and ensure appropriate presentation of the community, guests, and staff.

Manage the food and beverage team and Head Chef to ensure the restaurant meets annual budgets and delivers value-added services.

Maintain high service standards and outstanding, personalised customer service across all departments and the community.
Handle first-line complaints, resolutions, and tracking per the ARCO code.
Work with HODs and partners to ensure the community team adheres to all legislative requirements.
Ideally, the role holder will have hospitality management, food and beverage management, or hotel management expertise.

Must have at least 3 years of previous management experience in retirement communities, extra care, retirement schemes, hotels, restaurants, or other relevant locations.
