We are looking for a full time hotel receptionist to ensure our guests receive a warm, friendly and personalised welcome to our hotel.

The role will cover 5 days from 7 including weekends. Shifts to be covered are 7.30am to 4.00pm and 4.00pm to 11.30pm

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Taking payments and ensuring accuracy of guest bills
  • Assist guests with any requests for information, bookings and directions
  • Answering, screening and directing calls
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Dealing with complaints and problems that may arise quickly and efficiently
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£6.56-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Peterhead, AB42 1PL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
