Job Title Emerging Market Corporate Debt Structured Credit Trader

EM Structured Corporate Structured Credit arranges, underwrites, distributes and lends to corporates, funds and financial institutions across the capital structure in the Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA) region.

As well as activities in primary financings the Emerging Market (EM) Structured Corporate Credit desk also participates in par and distressed secondary credit opportunities.

~ Perform counterparty credit analysis including, but not limited to, cash flow and liquidity analysis, sensitivity analysis, collateral and enterprise valuation analysis, industry and competition analysis
Be a key member for transaction execution from deal inception to financial close. This will include active involvement in the internal approvals including credit memo drafting, borrower credit review and due diligence. Ongoing monitoring of closed transactions, including covenant compliance and waiver requests
Pricing, modeling, risk managing and booking new trades in DB's internal systems
A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting (or relevant work experience)
Experience in corporate credit analysis including advanced financial modelling skills with strong knowledge of investment banking and capital markets products, financial statements, accounting and structuring of complex transactions
Good understanding of financial markets, financing and risk mitigating structures
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
