We are looking for a Health, Safety & Compliance Trainee to join our Operations Team.

This role will develop to a full SHEQ Advisor over time, once you have the training & knowledge to carry out the role.

This position requires a full driver's licence as there will be a large amount of local travel to undertake your daily duties.

We will provide all of that training. We will guide & coach you to become an industry expert and fully SHEQ compliant.

This will include you obtaining the following:

  • Tech IOSH
  • Associate IEMA


The team are based in North Yorkshire and you will work with the build and engineering team to make a compliant and safe working environment.

We are an internet service provider who build own and operate networks offering high speed broadband services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carry out external/internal audits
  • Use of iAuditer to carry out safety audits
  • Maintaining our Management System, including all policies and procedures
  • Regular site visits
  • Site safety and vehicle audits
  • Writing and updating RAMS
  • Keeping up to date with current H&S legislation and implementing changes as required
**These tasks won't all come at once though, you will be trained for each of them
