Carseld Residential Care Home requires Bank Care Assistants to join our existing team that is willing to do a variety of shifts which may include nights.

This role will include;

  • Provide personal care for clients, such as bathing, washing and assisting in and out of bed always ensuring that the client's dignity and privacy is maintained.
  • Assist clients with personal grooming, such as dressing, hair or dental care.
  • Providing pressure area care throughout the night
  • Always encourage clients to be as selfmanaging as possible so they can maintain their independence.
  • Assist with feeding or serving of meals.
  • Domestic tasks and laundry as required
  • Completing daily logs and other relevant paperwork
To fulfill this role you will require;

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
