This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to start or continue their career in the affluent property market of London/Greater London with one of the leading Estate Agents in Burnt Oak, Edgware.


You will be responsible for regular communication with clients, carrying out viewings, negotiating offers with Tenants/Landlords and overall delivering exceptional & professional customer service both face to face and over the phone.

  • Basic salary from £30,000 + Uncapped OTE in the region of £40,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Update/Upload property particulars
  • Carry out viewings
  • Regularly updating Landlords on the progress of their property
  • Informing Landlords of any offers on their properties and negotiating accordingly
  • Ensure properties are all UpToDate with all compliance/regulations
  • Taking initial move in monies & references
  • Liaising with Property Management
  • Periodic visits to management properties
  • Source new properties/business
Working hours -
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (1 hour break)

Experience:

  • Estate Agency: minimum 12 Months
  • It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving license

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
From £30,000.00 per year
