We're a small but ambitious crew at Spectra Media Group Ltd, hell-bent on disrupting the marketing agency scene. We're not interested in just another designer; we want a creative rebel, a visual storyteller and a content wizard who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty.
The Nitty Gritty:
- Design Dynamo: Craft killer visuals that stop thumbs mid-scroll and make jaws drop. We're talking eye-popping designs for print, web, and social – the whole shebang.
- Project Powerhouse: Own your projects like a boss, from brainstorm to launch. We trust you to deliver on time and exceed expectations.
- Client Whisperer: Build solid relationships with our clients. Understand their dreams, their goals, and then translate that into designs that make them say, "Damn, that's good."
- Brand Brain: Cook up fresh, innovative brand concepts that stick. We want ideas that spark conversations, ignite passions, and ultimately, drive sales.
- Wordsmith Extraordinaire: Write copy that sings, that sells, that makes people take notice. Your words will be the perfect partner to your visuals.
The Must-Haves:
- Ninja-level skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- 3+ years proving your creative chops at an agency or in-house
- A portfolio that screams "I'm the one you've been waiting for"
- A can-do attitude, a no-BS policy, and a burning desire to be the best
The Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience building websites on WordPress (We're not picky, as long as it looks good)
- Video editing or photography skills (Bonus points if you can make our CEO look 10 years younger)
