The Role

You will run your own caseload of matters including EL/PL/RTA and clinical negligence matters ranging from fast-track and multi-track.The Solicitors in this Legal 500 ranked team have a regional reputation for their rigorous and steadfast representation of their clients to make sure their voices are heard and their claims are diligently investigated.This is a high-quality practice that deals with a wide range of personal injury and medical negligence cases whilst specialising in unique and highly complex matters which, by their nature, are of significant value.RequirementsYou will be a Personal Injury Solicitor / Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE - experience across RTA, EL/PL and Clinical Negligence Able to be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of tasks.Have excellent communication skills as you will converse with a wide array of clients.What's on OfferHighly competitive salaries coupled with great progression opportunities.A chance to join a friendly practice within a highly-ranked regional firm.Hybrid working patterns; a mixture of home and office-based work.This is a fantastic opportunity for a PI/Clinical Negligence Solicitor, 5+ years PQE to join a reputable firm, within a well-established department based in Orpington.
