Job Title: Care Assistant at Rushcliffe Care
- You will be working as a key member of the team to help our residents enjoy their daily routines.
- To provide Service User's with physical, social, and psychological care under the supervision and direction of Qualified Nurses, Care Team Leaders, The Registered Manager, and the Multi-Disciplinary Team.
- Helping with morning routines, mealtimes, personal care, and more to ensure our residents get the most out of their day.
- Experience in the care sector is not necessary, all are trained by our highly knowledgeable trainers.
- Essential – Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma/NVQ or working towards. Completion of the Care Certificate or relevant experience.
- We can offer some flexibility with shift times but you must be able to work Wednesday and Friday.
