- Deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, escalating any issues when required.

Experience and Qualifications
You may already be a Supervisor, Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a Restaurant, local pub/bar, or within a customer service/retail environment.
Or perhaps you're already an F&B superstar and you're ready for that next step in your career which is great All we are looking for is a 'Team Player' who is eager and willing to learn, with a huge portion of passion on the side.
