JOB PROFILE:
As a Security Operations Manager at Creditsafe, you will lead the Security Operations Centre, Application Security, and Security Engineering teams. Your role will involve enhancing security strategies to protect assets and ensure operational resilience.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Security Engineering teams.
- Produce reports on key security metrics.
- Conduct Performance Reviews and Personal Development Plans.
- Develop and implement security policies to comply with standards.
- Participate in Identity and Access Management steering groups.
- Coordinate with different teams to improve information security.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide technical responses to customers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
- Manage security incident investigations.
- Monitor and analyze security alerts.
- Report on key performance indicators.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Professional security management certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
- Proven experience in managing security operations teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as SOC2, PCI-DSS, and ISO.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields.
- Cloud security qualifications and ISO27001 Lead Implementor.
- Expertise in cloud and on-premises technology environments.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
