Role & Responsibilities
To successfully lead the valeting team to achieve customer satisfaction both internally and externally.

Responsibility for daily management of job distribution to valeters

Prioritising workload and liaising with other departments

Ensuring a smooth flow of continuous work to keep the team busy

Checking valet standards

Support the team during peak periods

Continuous training and development of the team

Identifying and highlighting any vehicle faults or problems to management

Ensuring maintenance and security of all equipment, e.g jet washers and other materials used

Support management team in progressing vehicles through preparation system

Support Used Car QC function when required

Requirements:

Full UK Driving License is required

Must be physically fit

Must be driven, enthusiastic and keen to exceed both company and customer expectations

Keen eye for detail

100% focused on delivering an excellent purchasing experience for customers

Exceptional organisation and diary management skills. Deadlines cannot be missed.

Must be able to balance both speed and quality of work

Must adhere to Health & Safety guidelines

Must be able to work alternate Saturdays

Must be flexible in order to cover staff holidays
