About The Role
Sandbanks is a Care Home for older People located in Bedfont, Feltham. It provides residential care for 60 older people.


This is a great opportunity for a proactive and experienced administrator to join our team and to help towards a better care service for our residents.

You will be providing administrative task and support a friendly and engaging team.

You will often be working on several tasks at any one time, so you'll need to be comfortable working at pace and organising your time.

The role will also involve engaging with the team and wider stakeholders from across the organisation so you will need to be able to build trust and rapport quickly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To prepare the planning for service delivery, Planning, prioritising and allocating work to care workers and senior care workers and agency on a weekly basis, to meet the needs of the service. Allocate new service users to identified units and to cover annual leave and organising emergency cover for short notice absences, ensuring the service users' needs are met.
  • To maintain an effective performance planning system for all staff. To report and analyse the service performance data to ensure improvements are achieved over an agreed timescale.
  • To fully participate in the Registered Managers meetings and support and work in close liaison with other professional service which provide services to the Regulated Services.
  • To Provide and maintaining customer records and invoices and carry out closure and destruction of case and other files and or Archiving. Providing photocopying, collating and postal services.

Your Skills:

  • We're looking for a confident and curious team player with experience of working as an administrator. You should have some experience of working in a busy office or providing support to the team.
  • You will be happy to work with a wide range of colleagues; managing and prioritising the different requests that may come to you.
  • With strong IT skills (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook) and an openness to growing those skills further through our internal.
