Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently recruiting:
We are looking for an Industrial Cleaner for a long term contract based with our client in Hunslet.

This does have the potential of turning into a permanent position.

Rate of Pay:
£11.50 per hour for basic hours Monday to Friday.


This would involve the use of chemicals, pressure washers and other cleaning equipment to ensure a safe working environment along with other members of the Hygiene team.


The role is an integral part to maintaining a high level of cleaning standards and health and safety processes to support our client's hygiene measures.

Our client is extremely safety focused and expect a good understanding and demonstration of safety in the working environment.

You can expect to be doing the following tasks:

  • Working towards a daily/weekly cleaning schedule
  • The safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Ensuring that all work is completed to required standard and in a timely and safe manner.
  • Following the correct procedures for handling chemicals
  • Attending and assisting with meetings and training sessions
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Be able to work as part of a team but also have the initiative to manage own area and workload.
  • Be able to adhere to agreed health and safety requirements.
  • The ability to react quickly to changes in daily activities.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible approach to work and hours
