About the Job

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm that specializes in providing high-quality legal advice for Personal, Serious, and Catastrophic Injuries as well as Clinical Negligence. The firm is widely known for its exceptional client care and top-notch work.

As the firm expands its commercial services, it is seeking a Serious Injury Solicitor. The ideal candidate will possess broad experience and a proven track record in dealing with Serious Injury cases, including litigated multi-track cases.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex Serious Injury caseload independently, overseeing a team, and advancing cases to meet company objectives.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and must be adept at handling pre and post-litigated claims (Multi-Track). While not mandatory, experience in supervision is advantageous.

The Candidate

  • 7+ years PQE Serious / Catastrophic Injury Solicitor
  • Experience with Litigated caseloads
  • Team supervision skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong legal and leadership abilities with keen attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and time-management competencies
  • Outstanding client care and communication skills
