As part of this evolution, the focus is on optimizing marketing strategies, utilizing technology and AI to enhance content quality and productivity. Innovation is key, with a commitment to enhancing brand visibility and engagement across diverse audiences.

We are currently seeking a proactive and imaginative individual to assist our marketing team for a 2-month period. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing our Chat GPT 4.0 account, creating customized GPTs aligned with our brand's voice, and using these tools for producing authentic content for social media and marketing materials. Additionally, they will assess AI software options for implementing a live chat feature on our website, ensuring seamless customer interaction and issue resolution. Proficiency in Custom GPT Builder, plugins, and workflows is crucial for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Set up and configure the Chat GPT 4.0 account for company use.
- Develop bespoke GPT models using the Custom GPT Builder to reflect our brand's voice.
- Create engaging content using tailored GPT models for various channels.
- Research the best AI software for live chat integration.
- Test and implement the chat feature to meet customer service standards.
- Utilize relevant plugins to enhance AI tool functionality.
- Develop workflows to streamline content creation and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align with content needs and brand guidelines.

Additional Duties:

- Support other marketing or business development projects as required.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for a motivated student with a keen interest in technology, currently studying Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields. The ideal candidate should have a strong affinity for AI and digital marketing, along with proficiency in Chat GPT. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly valued. An understanding of content creation, digital marketing principles, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential.
