Perrys Vauxhall Huddersfield is looking for a Diagnostic/Master Technician to join their team.

Perrys is a well-established Car Dealership Group in the UK with a long history of serving customers since 1908, operating over 50 branches nationwide.


They are an official franchised dealer for various leading car and commercial vehicle brands in the UK, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.


Master Technician duties:


  • Skilled in diagnosing and repairing various vehicles within the business.
  • Undertaking different levels of technical tasks, with a focus on diagnostics and major repairs.
  • Attention to detail is crucial, working on a variety of jobs.
  • Supporting other Technicians with complex repairs and providing occasional training to apprentice Technicians.
  • The ideal candidate should be a team player, open-minded, and friendly, with aspirations for long-term advancement within the company.

Requirements:


  • Ideally, possessing a Master Technician qualification from a main dealership background; however, candidates with Senior/Diagnostic Technician experience from a dealership will also be considered.
  • Proven background in a main car dealership and ability to showcase relevant paperwork.
  • Demonstrable strong technical knowledge and a diligent work ethic are essential.
  • Valid UK driving licence is required.
