Our Client are leaders in manufacturing UK and Global Aviation tooling - they are looking for an experienced CNC Miller/Setter/Programmer to join our dedicated manufacturing team, who are currently working to deliver ambitious projects that will propel thebusiness forward for many years to come.


As a growing business, we are looking for a hands-on individual to join us as soon as possible, working with a variety of individuals to produce the highest quality products.

If you are comfortable with interpreting engineering drawings, completing programmingfrom scratch, selecting the appropriate tooling and setting & operating CNC machines, then you'll be a great fit

Your general responsibilities will include:

  • Produce precise components from drawings using CNC machines.
  • Setup and operate CNC milling machines.
  • Clean and maintain machines and all associated equipment including the working area.
  • Work to your own volition and understand all aspects of the manufacturing process.
  • Be accountable for the quality of work produced.
These are some responsibilities to name a few (and remember, these responsibilities may grow and change in the future)

Skills required to fulfil this role:

  • Experience programming or setting systems such as CAD/CAM.
  • Familiar with SOLID works.
  • Has experience with HAAS machines.
  • Ability to design models prior to matching.
  • Can complete small Batch and oneoff components.

Helpful / Useful qualifications to have:

  • GCSEs or equivalent.
