Are you passionate about ensuring the safety of medical devices? Join our team as a Medical Safety Analyst focusing on enteral feeding devices in Sittingbourne.

This is a 12-month contract role where you will play a crucial part in processing consumer complaints, conducting safety assessments, and presenting reports to stakeholders.

• Process consumer complaints related to enteral feeding medical devices according to regulations.
• Collect, assess, and document medical device complaints and adverse events efficiently.
• Conduct followup calls with customers to obtain detailed information on complaints.
• Code complaints and input data into complaint databases using relevant dictionaries.
• Perform medical safety assessments and risk analyses for device complaints.
• Prepare and deliver medical safety reports and assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Determine the reportability of complaints to regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting.

• Bachelor of Science in health sciences or related field.
• 35 years of clinical experience as a Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in enteral tube feeding and nutrition support.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and clinical expertise to analyze adverse event data and device assessments.
• Proficient in computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
• Excellent communication skills for presenting medical and scientific data clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and independently.

• Previous experience in industry or clinical case processing.
• Familiarity with medical devices and relevant regulations.
• Experience in medical risk assessments.
