We are recruiting 111 / 999 Health Advisors to join #TeamIOWNHS working on a full-time permanent contract.

Working from our Emergency Operations Centre you will be the first line of support for people calling 111 or 999 who need help or advice.

This is an incredibly rewarding role that allows you to really make a difference to our callers lives.


You do not need to have previous experience in health care, we are looking for qualities that ensure our staff are excellent communicators, able to remain calm and have the personal resilience to work in a high-pressured environment to deliver safe and effective care.


Once training is completed, you will join the team full time working shifts on a rota which will include days nights weekends and bank holidays.

Applicants will need to be at least 18 years old due to the night working element of the role.

The role attracts an unsocial hours allowance which could potentially increase the salary to £25k per annum.
