Beauty Therapist

Role Overview:

As a Beauty Therapist at Swanky, you will offer a variety of beauty treatments to clients, delivering top-notch service and attention.

Your expertise in different beauty techniques will enhance the well-being and confidence of our clients, helping them look and feel their best.

You will be part of a supportive and joyful environment, committed to promoting clean beauty and sisterhood.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of beauty treatments such as Hot and Strip waxing, Advanced Brow Shaping, Lash and brow tinting, LVL lash lifts & brow lamination, Facials, and Massage.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to grasp their needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations and guidance.
- Uphold strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment spaces, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, methods, and products to deliver top-notch services to clients.
- Foster a warm and welcoming ambiance, ensuring clients feel at ease and appreciated during their visit.
- Efficiently manage client appointments and schedules to maintain a seamless flow of bookings.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to engage and attract clients.
- Collaborate with the team to guarantee a unified and enjoyable experience for clients.

Qualifications:


- Demonstrated experience as a Beauty Therapist, specializing in hot and strip waxing, advanced brow shaping, lash and brow tinting, LVL lash lifts, brow lamination, and facials.

- Holding certification from a reputable beauty therapy program (NVQ 2 & 3).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Passion for beauty and staying abreast of industry trends.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
