REKOM UK are looking for a member of the Promotions team at PRYZM, Plymouth.


PRYZM is located on the Barbican Leisure Park in Plymouth, Devon and features an array of different music rooms under one roof PRYZM main room play the latest dance hits and frequently hosts top DJs and celebrities, Curve is an intimate room playing RnB and Hip Hop tracks and Disco room to enjoy those retro classics on an illuminated dance floor.

This venue also boasts a Steinbeck and Shaw bar which is a Shoreditch inspired location serving food and craft beers in a vibrant atmosphere.

This futuristic and innovative nightclub oozes appeal and regularly enjoys entertaining a packed house.

What can you do for us?


The Promotions team member will assist the Management Team by the promotion of the venue whilst maintaining brand standards and values.

To provide excellent guest service by providing a friendly, informative welcome to all guests. The working week is fluid and includes both day and evening hours. Salary dependant on experience and training

What can we do for you?

Rekom UK will offer you:
- an salary of up to £10ph + commission
- the opportunity to join the largest late-night operator in Denmark, Norway, Finland and the UK; and
- we will supply many support functions via our HUB office and senior management team.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • working as a member of the Promotions team in a designated area;
- promoting the venue to potential guests in a friendly manner, in line with brand standards and values, and in doing so increase the footfall of each session;
- being well informed of all relevant information to each session, including entry and drinks pricing as well as information on content, music policy and DJs;
- taking note of, and report back to Management on, opposition content and footfall as well as anything else of note in the area;
- successfully resolve guest complaints wherever possible referring unresolved complaints to the management team;
- complying with any promotional offers applicable to each session;
- ensuring your area of work is not left unattended; and
- completing all company Polaris training, including refresher courses, as and when required to do so.


This is a part [time/full time] and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you.

This is by no
