Fundamentally, you will provide support throughout the entire sales process with a combination of business and technical skills. The ability to discover a customer's pain points and translate these into a value driven solution is key. What You'll Do At UiPath
  • Proactively support end-to-end sales activities and create strong value propositions.
  • Work with the customer to understand their business requirements and shape the solution to resolve those business challenges
  • Create repeatable value driven solutions to support customer outcomes
  • Empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers' needs first.
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of strong RFx's, contextualized demos and powerful POCs.
  • Conduct business cases, return on investments or other value based metrics based on UiPath methodologies
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct workshops, business reviews, offer coaching and proactively suggest solutions to common customer challenges.
  • Engage in product release cycles to promote new releases and provide feedback on the product roadmap internally.
  • Continually identify and develop new uses for UiPath that drive adoption and that align to customers' business needs and strategic goals.
  • Coach customers through the buyers lifecycle to build champions within the organisation
  • Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
  • Proactively engage with the Presales team and internal stakeholders to build repeatable knowledge content to share across the business.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously to drive the sales cycle to achieve results.
  • Be able to work on multiple opportunities and understand how to prioritize.
  • Consistently input details of customer interactions into UiPaths system of record to support the sales cycle
  • Keep up to date with technology, industry changes and changes to the Presales community.
  • Innovative approach to creating solutions
What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Experience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
