They should demonstrate the ability to drive sales while upholding top-notch customer service and work quality. Excellent interpersonal skills are crucial, along with the capacity to mentor and guide the team effectively. Familiarity with employment law and health & safety practices is advantageous.
- Lead the operation and daily management of the specified depot.
- Contribute significantly to cost control, budgets, revenue, and sales targets.
- Supervise the maintenance of stock values at the assigned centre.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Ensure work is executed in alignment with Company Procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Health and Safety regulations.
- Maintain documentation in compliance with company protocols.
- Optimize workflow in the workshop to enhance efficiencies.
- Cultivate a positive customer service environment.
- Participate in the training and guidance of employees.
Benefits/Perks:
- £35,000 Basic salary (Based on experience)
