Grounds Maintenance Team Leader

Experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader required, based in Cumbernauld, to lead a team in commercial grounds maintenance contracts across the central belt.

Full UK driving license is essential (preferably with towing), with PA1/PA6 preferred. Experience in use of ride-on machinery and pedestrian Scag's also required.


The successful applicant will require to hold a flexible, pro-active attitude, with attention to detail, good communication skills and high work ethic.

Overtime may be a requirement, to meet customer contractual needs.

  • Salary £26,306 per annum, payable monthly.
  • Hours of working Monday
  • Friday 07.00am 3.30pm (flexibility required)
  • Annual Leave commences at 28 days per annum (including 5 public holidays) rising to 32 days over length of service.
  • Company attendance bonus scheme in place.
  • Pension scheme autoenrolment after 3 months' service (optout available)
