Merchandising Executive

At BPerfect Cosmetics we are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated merchandising executives to join our trade marketing team delivering end to end marketing campaigns across the entire brand for customers and key accounts within retail.

• Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and company objectives.
• Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges /stock.
• Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
• Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
• Implement product category strategies in stores.
• Design and guide the development of marketing materials.
• Create visually appealing signage to display educational information.
• Build relationships with suppliers, third parties, retailers and wholesale customers.
• Produce planograms.
• Be creative and commercial with the visual standards in store from shop window, in store and retailers while delivering the brand message.
• Train staff on maintenance of VM and product standards in stores and retailers.
• Ensuring stores and retailers have what they need throughout the year with regards to inventory and props.
• Be reactive to best selling and key products in store.
• Report weekly to the Head of Marketing and Head of Sales on monthly and quarterly business plans.
• Stay up to date on the changing consumer behaviours and merchandising trends.

• Proven experience in Merchandising is essential.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Ability to travel north and south of Ireland. Occasional wider travel.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening, presentation and decision making skills.

• Role is full time. Primarily based at HQ, Lisburn, Northern Ireland
