Executive Assistant to Medical Director

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to progress as a senior administrator or to expand their knowledge of how the Medical Directorate runs within an NHS Trust.
You must hold a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes - including business insurance - is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
This is a busy, varied role in which the postholder will work autonomously, exercising judgment and initiative, with excellent written and verbal skills, whilst confidently managing and maintaining complex electronic diaries and making informed judgements based on the understanding of the competing demands of the Medical Director's role.
Some understanding about the doctor's revalidation process would be beneficial but not essential and training on this will be available.
