Who we are
The FoodHouse Online Limited, is a fast-growing online ordering platform, based in the Northeast of England, however we have a nationwide presence.
We are based in Gosforth, just off the high street.
For ease of access there are 2 metro stops within a 5-minute walk and a regular bus route to the high street itself.
We also have some onsite parking, or a few minutes from the office you can park for a small fee.
Our office has a kitchen and a breakout area, and dare we say we may even challenge you to a game of pool on our branded pink pool table.

Due to our continued success, we are looking to continue our expansion plans by adding an Field Sales Representative to our team.
Due to its continued success, we are looking to continue our expansion plans by adding an experienced Field Sales Representative, with a proven record to our team.
One of the key drivers to achieving this is to ensure we have a fantastic choice for our consumers from takeaways, restaurants and cafes which provide every type of cuisine, who provide outstanding customer service with every order.
- As Field Sales Representative you will be responsible for signing new takeaways, restaurants, and cafes to increase The FoodHouse Online Ltd market share in your area.
- You will be a professional Field Sales Representative who can demonstrate consistency over achievement within an outbound sales role; you will be selfmotivated, focused and will be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to driving incremental sales.
- Responsible for developing The FoodHouse Online Ltd takeaways, restaurants and cafes ownership in the locations of your responsibility.
- Guarantee the best offer in terms of takeaways, restaurants and cafes quality and cuisine mix.
- Sign the best takeaways, restaurants and cafes to consolidate preestablished areas on the basis of target lists.
- Collection and organisation of takeaways, restaurants and cafes information to ensure they start the best way possible.
- Promoting takeaway, restaurants and cafes to partners advocating in order to turn them in The FoodHouse Online Ltd ambassadors.
- Revival of "not ready to go" takeaways, restaurants and cafes.
- Keep a record of visited premises for audit and commission purposes.
- Creation of exclusive partnerships and commercial offers.
- Creation of a user friendly and convenient shopping experience for The FoodHouse Online Ltd customers.
Additional responsibilities to the above include the following, however this does not exclude other duties as required on an ad hoc basis to support business needs.
- Maintain Google listings for client records
- Proven outbound field sales experience within a high energy sales industry, with at least 2 years.
- To complete outbound B2B coldcalling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the region/UK
- Offering bespoke solutions to each retailer in order to meet their needs
- Finalising all deals by obtaining signed agreements and ensuring customers both understand and are satisfied with the agreement in place
- Eliminate objections using up to date market/product information
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers
- To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs
- To adhere to the sales compliance rules at all times
- To accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on the organisations CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
- Selfmotivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
- Commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills
- Relentless, resultsoriented, someone that wants to go the extra mile to get the job done
- Logical analytical problem solver with extremely strong attention to detail
- Able to set clear goals, devise plans, attend to appropriate details and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with ambiguit
