We are recruiting Support Staff with at least 1 years' experience who can undertake the following:

  • Managing and supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs
  • Supporting through challenging behaviours of concern and risks presented.
  • Motivating individuals to develop their skills and set goals.
  • Supporting individuals working towards their goals.
  • Supporting with daily and independent living tasks.
  • Providing support to access the community.
  • Supporting individuals to integrate back into the community.
  • Working under the supervision and guidance of the multidisciplinary team.
  • To have a minimum NVQ L2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and/or be willing to work towards and undertake further training.
We are looking for someone who has the following attributes:

  • Good understanding of Autism, Learning Disability & Mental Health/Disorders.

  • Staff are paid monthly on the 10th of each month.
  • 28 days annual leave based on full time contract of 40 hours (including bank holidays). Two additional days annual leave granted following two years consecutive service with the company.
  • Staff receive an induction upon commencement of their employment.
  • Training is paid for by the company, including any updates.
  • All staff work a variety of days, nights, and weekends.
  • All staff can expect to work 13hour day shifts and 12hour night shifts.
  • Support Worker hourly rate from April 2024 will be £12.00
