We are actively searching for an experienced Field Care Supervisor for our Lincoln branch office.


To perform a variety of duties to ensure that our clients receive the appropriate support and high-quality care service they deserve.

The Role.

  • Reporting to the Registered Care Director.
  • Support with reviews.
  • Support with recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate Client and Care Professional records within our care management software.
  • Conduct Client and Care Professional initial introductions.
  • Deliver care 50% of your hours & 50% in the office (alternate weekends)
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Support and mentor Care Professionals.
  • Maintain regular contact with Care Professionals.
  • Participate in "oncall" duties as required. Currently 1 week in 3.
Ensure compliance with Home Instead's Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.

Qualifications
Essential Criteria.

  • Level 2 or 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Capable of setting high personal/professional standards so our Care Professionals take the lead from you.
  • Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
  • Experience working with MAR charts and medication in a supervisory role.
  • Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Must understand the importance of confidentiality working within current legislation.
