Branch Manager - £33,000 + Commission - Clevedon

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager in their Clevedon office.

Key responsibilities of the role:
Maximise overall income and profitability of the branch.

Oversee and supervise the smooth running of the office, ensuring that the processes and legalities for both sales and lettings are adhered to.

Generating and where necessary undertaking managed and let-only property valuations.

Assisting if necessary viewings of prospective tenants and handling all aspects of letting/management of property when staff are on holiday/lieu days.

Managing, leading, training and motivating the team and giving appropriate support and guidance

Delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships with clients, tenants and landlords

The successful candidate will be:
ARLA/NAEA qualified

A strong leader who can effectively manage a small team of four staff, two in sales and two in lettings.

Able to exhibit a high level of competency in the letting of property/property management and have an excellent knowledge of the compliance required in this field.

Able to secure sales & lettings appraisals and win new instructions in a target driven environment

An excellent communicator with outstanding managerial, organisational and customer service skills

Self-motivated, resilient, positive, numerate and have excellent attention to detail

Familiar and competent with the use of IT systems

What is offered to you:
Basic salary dependant on experience plus commission

Competitive discretionary commission structure on top of the basic salary

Fuel reimbursement at 45p per mile/HMRC published rate

Holiday allowance of 20 days plus standard English Bank Holidays

Hours - 9am to 6pm daily
