Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:
Our fantastic service in Westhill supports 3 ladies living independently in their own home. They each have their own personalities, needs and preferences.
Our service has an exceptional level of support and we work with the support and contribution of family members to provide a completely personalised service, developing and evolving to do things better.
We are looking for Support workers who are Female Drivers to join our dedicated team, highly reliable and motivated with a passion for what you do.
At the centre of our support we need you to be committed, be able to build positive relationships and communicate well.
Drivers Essential
The ladies we support enjoy accessing community facilities and person centred activities.
They also enjoy a wide range of activities including gardening, going to concerts and theatre, visiting family, puzzles, nice walks, movie nights, shopping and arts and crafts and many more We need people who are eager to know and learn about what we do and provide person centred support around this.
To be passionate, open and respectful in living our best lives.- Shift patterns include Earlies, Late, Sleepovers and Double
